Video Creation with Gemini: Seville Characters

Generative AI video creation is improving by leaps and bounds. The latest experiment I've tried is generating videos from images with Gemini.

The process is simple: I created three images with fictional characters inspired by Seville, and Gemini turned them into videos with natural movement.

Here are the three original images:

And the resulting video:

The results were satisfactory. The characters move coherently, maintain visual consistency, and the quality of movement has improved noticeably compared to previous versions.

It's impressive to see how AI can understand the context of an image and apply animations that look natural. There's still work to be done on details like hands and certain deformations, but the progress is evident.
